Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival in Tashkent

Arrive at Tashkent International Airport. Our representative will meet and transfer you to your hotel. Enjoy a welcome dinner and an evening orientation walk through the city centre.

No meals (dinner on own account).

Day 2 – Tashkent City Tour

Visit the Khast Imam Complex (home to one of the world’s oldest Qurans), the atmospheric Kukeldash Madrasa (16th century) and the bustling Chorsu Bazaar. See Independence Square and stroll along the grand boulevards.

Meals: Breakfast & Dinner

Day 3 – Tashkent – Samarkand

Board the high-speed Afrosiyob train to Samarkand, the legendary Silk Road city. Visit the Gur-e-Amir Mausoleum (Tamerlane’s tomb), marvel at the world-famous Registan Square, and see the Bibi-Khanym Mosque.

Day 4 – Samarkand

Visit the hauntingly beautiful Shah-i-Zinda Necropolis and the Ulugbek Observatory. Explore the vibrant Siab Bazaar and the Afrasiyab Museum with its magnificent ancient frescoes.

Day 5 – Samarkand – Bukhara

Transfer to Bukhara (2.5 hours). Explore the Kalon Minaret and Mosque, the massive Ark Citadel, the enchanting Lyabi-Hauz ensemble, and the covered bazaars.

Day 6 – Bukhara – Khiva

Morning in Bukhara, then transfer across the Kyzylkum Desert to Khiva (4–5 hours). Visit the distinctive Kalta Minor Minaret upon arrival in the enchanting walled city.

Day 7 – Khiva

Full day to explore the remarkable Ichan Kala (inner walled city). Highlights include the Kunya-Ark Citadel, Tash-Hauli Palace, Islam Khoja Minaret, the ancient Juma Mosque (218 carved wooden columns), and the Pakhlavan Mahmud Mausoleum.

Day 8 – Khiva – Tashkent – Departure

Transfer to Urgench Airport for your morning flight to Tashkent. Connect to your international departure flight. Our Uzbekistan Tour ends with beautiful Silk Road memories to last a lifetime!

Citizens of the EU, UK, USA, and many other countries can obtain an Uzbekistan e-Visa at evisa.mfa.uz (approx. $20 USD, processing 3–5 working days). A visa support letter is included in the tour price. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.
