All cancellations must be received in writing and will be acknowledged in writing by Hodophile Experience. The date of cancellation will be the date we receive your written notice.
In the unlikely event that Hodophile Experience needs to cancel a tour due to insufficient bookings or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us. We are not responsible for any additional costs you may have incurred, such as non-refundable flights or accommodation booked independently.
If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund schedule applies:

All refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request being confirmed in writing.
No refunds will be made for unused portions of the tour once travel has commenced. In the event of a trip interruption due to illness, injury, or personal circumstances, we strongly recommend that you hold comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip interruption and curtailment.
In the event that your visa application is rejected, Hodophile Experience will refund all payments made, minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred on your behalf and an administrative processing fee. We strongly recommend applying for your visa well in advance of your departure date.
